My interactions with meckeys have always been positive. Pre-ordered and received two days after release. The site had some different images, which were corrected after I contacted them. Love the Keyboard.

Its a Keychron, I don’t think I can add more words for the brilliant design and amazing engneering. You can always trust the name Keychron. I just Amazing. Also MecKeys packaging was really nice, not even a single scratch on the product box, an experience only a very few businesses can provide. I will always use MecKeys to order any keyboard related items.

Got the keyboard during the Pre-Order time, got in the best price. The delivery was super fast. And the keyboard is amazing. No damages, no packing issues, no nothing, absolutely perfect. The pre lubed switches of the Keychron are absolutely joy to work, let it be type or edit or playing games. The braided cable is of superior quality and the knob comes in a clutch with lot of things with the VIA software support.

Writing after 8 months of user
I used the keyboard for around 8 months, during this period the keyboard worked perfectly
But after that it started giving problem, sometimes a few of the keys would not register or some keys might register twice
The keyboard was replaced by meckeys, which took around 3 months (since the model was out of stock)
There was some pcb issue, hope that the issue does not occur in the new keyboard.
