I have owned more than a dozen mechanical keyboards over the years and it was only recently that I had come across brands such as Ducky and Varmilo. Once I tested out the Ducky brand for the first time with the Mini RGB, I got the TKL version next. Both were nice and gave me a better typing experience than the Corsair K95 that I was using at the time. However, on the advice of Abhinay from Meckeys, I decided to try the Varmilo brand for the first time, as he suggested that it’s better for coding and writing than Ducky. After using it for just a few hours, I can guarantee the fact that the Varmilo VA87M is better than ANY keybaord which I have ever used by light years!
* There are no LED/RGB lights here, but that’s irrelevant, unless you work in a dark room.
* Every key press feels solid and uniform, and it will add to your overall typing speed.
* The stabilizers are firm throughout, which means that you can press the space bar anywhere, without feeling any rattle whatsoever!
* Nothing shakes or rattles on this keyboard, nothing!
* The plastic built is matted and it feels as sturdy as metal in my opinion.
* The artwork is serene and gorgeous on the dyed PBT keycaps.
* The keycaps on my Forest fairy Edition are significantly better than what i got on the Ducky keyboards, although they are both PBT.
If you are a coder or a writer like I am, you will bless Meckeys for bringing this keyboard to India at an affordable price, as compared to what it costs to import this one.
